  TERMS OF SALE

  All items must be paid for within 7 days of auction end

Payment methods are Cash on collection, PayPal, bank transfer & Cheque. Payments must be cleared before goods can be released

Items can be collected or delivered however it is preferred that items are collected.

All items are in working order (unless otherwise stated on the selling page) and have been fully tested prior to collection or delivery.

Refunds will be made (excluding carriage) as long as the product is returned in its original condition and has not been used in any way.

  All items must be installed by a competent qualified engineer to the latest regulations and proof of this will be asked for if any faults are found.

 

DISPATCH AND COLLECTION TIMES

Our standard dispatch and collection times are 3 days from time of purchase this is to ensure we have sufficient time to thoroughly perform a final test and inspection of each item. (please note this is a guideline only and we endeavor to fulfill orders quicker)

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Standard delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, an overnight option is available please ask for more details
